Communication is vital to the human existence, yet over a billion people across the globe suffer from hearing problems. Our aim is to help these people by developing sensitive and intuitive diagnostic measures of hearing loss for clinics in all environments. Only when we can accurately diagnose a pathology and understand a patient’s experience, can we successfully treat a patient’s needs.

Our research, supported by grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), focuses on developing measures to differentially diagnose pathologies that cause hearing problems. As leaders in the field, we uphold the highest standards in scientific research by following principles of a high reliability organization.
